CEMCO Model UPRF-2352 3 head Top & 3 head bottom Combination Planer Sander. 52" wide machine with Newman/Whitney helical cutter heads on station #1, followed by 2 sanding heads on stations #2 and #3. You will need to put a belt conveyor in between the Top & Bottom machines. Machines were running when they came out of service and are in dry storage. They were new in 1998 and each machine can operated independently.
